oregano, chives and basil all work really well
Instructions
Method
Warm 2 tablespoons of the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat
Place the rest of the ingredients into a bowl or blender and mix thoroughly until you have a soft dough
Take a generous spoonful of the mixture and flatten it out until it is about 3mm thick and covering the frying pan
Cook for about 5 minutes until beginning to crisp, then flip gently to cook on the other side
Top tips
Make as little round breads for sharing
Keep the uncooked mix in the fridge and make up the breads as and when needed
