Instructions
Method
Preheat the oven to 120˚C
Line a baking tray with baking or greaseproof paper
Place the banana, oil and water into a blender and blend until it is smooth
Add all the remaining ingredients and whizz again until well combined
Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin and spread out into your chosen thickness (thin crackers or thicker slices… totally up to you)
Place in the oven and cook until the crackers are beginning to golden and go crisp
Break or cut into whatever size you want
Top tips
Have fun mixing it up a bit… replace the dates with any dried fruit and swop out the banana for grated apple
If you are a nut lover, you can use nuts instead of or as well as seeds
These are delicious served warm and last for up to 7 days in an airtight container in the fridge
